Roseline Mbaya, the 2015 face of Kenya UK paid a short visit to Wema Centre Thursday evening.
The vibrant beauty was crowned the face of Kenya UK in July in an event held at The Royal National Hotel in London after beating other contestants to the top spot. The Face of Kenya showcases the talent of men and women from the Kenyan Diaspora who are committed to serving the community and supporting charity work. Rose won due to her astounding passion for helping and supporting the poor, and she is in Kenya for a charity mission.
Roseline gave a very inspiring speech to the Wema children as she narrated her journey to the prestigious crown of Miss Kenya UK. While talking to the girls, she emphasized on the need to believe in oneself, determination and hard work towards achieving ones goals. The Wema Children Choir enthralled her by performing several of their favorite songs.
Accompanying Roseline was Mr. Kariuki of Heritage Hotels and several journalists from local media houses. Voyager Beach Resort and Heritage Hotels in general have pledged to host Wema Centre’s 22nd Birthday on 5th September. As usual, the Wema children are already in their upbeat mood counting hours as the big day nears, and speaking volume of Voyager Beach Resort and the unforgettable experience they bring along during the big day!
In advance, we salute Voyager Beach Resort and the Heritage Hotels in general for their previous support, continued show of love, commitment and generosity towards the Wema Centre Children.
